Course Target Group: Shippers and Staff of Freight Forwarders involved in processing dangerous goods (IATA Categories 1, 2 & 3, CASA Australia Employee Groups A & F)

Course Approval: this course has been approved by CASA Australia

Course delivery: Webinar training using ‘Zoom’. A PC/laptop with webcam, speakers, microphone, and a good internet connection is required.

Course Requirements: you are required to have a current version of the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. The Regulations are needed to progress through the course and to process questions and the exam. We have a limited number of current versions of the IATA DGR available for loan for the duration of the course; please let us know during your booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Course outcome: after successful completion of the course, you will be issued your certificate via email. The certificate has a 2-year validity; refresher training must be undertaken prior to the certificate expiring. During the course you will have acquired insight and understanding of the legal requirements, the limitations, classification, identification, packing & packaging, marking & labelling, documentation for dangerous goods shipments by air.
